CLASSIC PEPPER & HERB PORK SAUSAGES
Rich full flavoured, Herb & Pepper infused Pork Sausage for a distinctive original flavour
INGREDIENTS
Lean Pork Trim 8.0kgs
Water 0.75kgs
Smyths Premium Pork Seasoning 0.25kgs
Pinhead Rusk 1.0kg
Smyths Herb Mix 50g
METHOD
Mince Pork through 5mm mincer plate
Mix minced Pork with Seasoning, Rusk & Water
Mix for 5 mins & add Herb & Pepper Mix
(mince again if required)
Mix thoroughly & fill into suitable casings
