  • 1. The Maple Meat Rub should be added after the 5-7 day dry curing period

    2. Remove dry cured pork from vacuum bag, dry off & rub on a generous amount of Maple Meat Rub,  covering all parts of the meat

    3. Re vacuum pack the coated Bacon for a further 3 days

    4. Remove from packaging & slice as required
