KOREAN WOK SPICE MEATBALLS

Authentic, Traditional Korean Street Food Meatballs

​

INGREDIENTS

​

Minced Pork  250g

Minced Beef  250g

Egg  1 

Garlic Clove, Minced  1

Dried Oregano  1tsp

Breadcrumbs or Semolina  3 tbsp

Peak Blends Korean Wok Spice  3tsp

​

METHOD

​

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl

Shape the mixture in to small balls using your hands

Place the formed meatballs on to clingfilm covered trays & put them in the fridge to chill

Oven cook or heat in a frying pan in a desired sauce
