For tracked UK deliveries, our prices are as follows:

 

Standard Delivery 2 - 4 days  –  £4.50 + VAT per order

 

Express Delivery 1 - 2 days  –  £7.50 + VAT per order

 

We are pleased to offer free Delivery for orders above £50.00 exc. VAT

 

For any orders outside the UK, please get in touch at info@smythsingredients.com for a detailed delivery charge / import charges and we will be happy to help!

RETURNS

 

We really hope you love our products and we appreciate every single order we receive.

 

If you do change your mind, we are able to accept returns within 14 days of your order date. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns unless the products are in their original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return and we recommend you get a tracking number (send it to us) and proof of delivery from your chosen courier.

We do our best to pack all orders as securely as possible – In the event there is a fault or damaged goods, please get in touch at info@smythsingredients.com and we will be happy to sort this out for you.
